The Habit Tracker for Minds
That Work Differently
Habjour is built with extra care for the neurodivergent community. Encouraging messages, meaningful gamification, and sensory-friendly design help you build habits that actually stick.
Designed for Your Brain
Every feature is built to work with you — not against you.
Sensory-Friendly Design
Muted colors, reduced animations, adjustable text size and spacing. Dark mode included. Neurodivergent-friendly color scheme in reports: no red, no yellow.
Everything Is Optional
Sounds, haptics, notifications, challenges, messages — all individually toggleable. You decide what you need.
Streaks, but gentle
Streaks count by your plan. Log forgotten days afterwards, a streak freeze steps in automatically, and you can hide streaks completely if you want.
Ready-Made Habits
Over 60 templates across 11 categories, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Focus Mode
Less UI, more clarity. Shows only what matters — perfect when you're feeling overwhelmed.
Understand Your Patterns
Track why you skip and rate difficulty, energy, mood, and social context. Over 50 personalized tips based on your patterns.
One phone, several profiles
Several people can now use Habjour on one device, parents as well as kids. Each person gets their own profile.

Everything separate per person
Routines, level, streaks, achievements, messages and theme world belong to exactly one profile. Nothing gets mixed up.
Switch with one tap
The name at the top right of the home screen shows whose turn it is. One tap, and the next profile is open.
Reminders and widget
Reminders and the home screen widget always show the active profile. Checking off in the widget lands in the right profile.
Personal stays private
A new profile only takes over language and display. Cycle tracking, reminder times and insights stay with the person they belong to.
One backup for everyone
The cloud backup saves all profiles together. When exporting to a file, you choose whether to save one profile or all of them.
Part of Premium
Profiles are included in Premium Lifetime and Premium Plus, with no extra charge per person.
For families and everyone who gets support
All of it is optional and can be switched off.

Star goals
Collect stars for completed routines, toward goals you choose yourselves. The star overview shows all kids at a glance, redeeming works without switching profiles and can be undone. The stories are always there, with or without stars.
Supported profiles
For kids or anyone who gets support. Nothing can ever be bought there. A support PIN can protect the settings if you want.
Picture cards (free)
Your own photo instead of an icon, like your own toothbrush cup. Helps everyone who can't read yet or doesn't like to.
Read aloud (free)
Hear messages in your phone's voice. Only when you tap, slow and offline.
More Than a Habit Tracker
Features that actually keep you going — without stressing you out.
Messages as Rewards
Every completed habit unlocks a new message — encouraging words that celebrate your progress. 8 themed worlds with over 150 messages, all saved in your journal to re-read anytime.
Meaningful Gamification
Earn XP, level up, and unlock new themes. Over 100 achievements, streaks with automatic streak protection, and weekly challenges keep motivation high.
Weekly Challenges
Three rotating mini-challenges per week: Streak Builder, Early Bird, and Completion Blitz. Small goals that keep you motivated — without pressure.
Habit Library
Over 60 pre-built habits across 11 categories — including a new social activities category — or create your own. Each habit can be tracked up to 5 times per day, e.g. drinking water.
Build Plans for Someone Else
Parents, relatives, carers and practices can put a plan together and pass it on by QR code, file or link. Whoever receives it scans it once and only checks things off from then on. The free version holds up to 2 plans with 10 habits each.
Send Progress Back
Whoever received a plan sends their status back with one tap: key figures, streak and completion rate by QR code or file. Sending is free, so the loop works even when only one side pays. Receiving, managing several people and viewing the history is part of Premium Plus.
Quick Start with Templates
On first launch you pick a ready-made routine as a starting point: Morning Start, Evening Wind-Down or Basics. Individual habits can be deselected right away. Prefer to start from scratch? Start without a template. Received a plan? Import it right there.
Made for Everyone
Personalized 6-step onboarding and focus mode. Every feature is optional: messages, notifications, challenges, sounds, and haptics can all be turned off completely. Dark mode, muted colors, customizable text size, spacing, and reduced animations.
Understand Your Patterns
Track why you skip habits and get personalized insights. Weekly patterns, over 50 tips, and AI-powered pattern analysis. Social context shows whether you're more productive alone or with others.

Frequently Asked Questions
What people want to know before downloading.
Can several people use Habjour on one phone?
Yes, with Premium. Each person gets their own profile with their own routines, level, achievements and stories. Switch with one tap on the name at the top of the home screen. Reminders and the widget always show the active profile, and the backup saves all profiles together.
Who is Habjour built for?
Habjour is a habit tracker for the neurodivergent community, for people with ADHD or on the autism spectrum, and for anyone whose energy varies a lot from day to day. It was built by Marcel Simmendinger, a software developer and parent of a neurodivergent child.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing falls apart. Habjour has streaks, but gentle ones: they count by your plan instead of the calendar, you can log forgotten days afterwards, and a streak freeze covers missed days automatically. If you like, you can hide streaks completely. There is no punishment system and no red bars. You can optionally record why a day did not work out, and the app treats that as a pattern rather than a failure.
What does Habjour cost?
The basic version is free forever and covers up to 10 habits. Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase at the founder price of $19.99 and unlocks unlimited habits, all theme worlds, cloud backup and the PDF progress report. Premium Plus is $5.99 per month or $34.99 per year and adds the AI features.
Where is my data stored?
By default all data stays on your device. Cloud backup via Google Drive or iCloud is optional and comes with Premium. You can export and import your data at any time.
Does Habjour use artificial intelligence?
Only in the Plus subscription and only where it helps: an ongoing story using your name and your habits, pattern analysis in plain text, and suggestions for each habit. The habit tracker itself works completely without a language model.
Is Habjour available for iPhone and Android?
Yes, Habjour is available on the App Store and Google Play. Both platforms offer the same features, including the homescreen widget.
What does Habjour offer therapists?
Professionals can create plans for clients and share them by QR code, receive progress back, and import progress reports as PDF, in a neutral or low-stimulus colour scheme and translatable into 27 languages.
Is Habjour a medical device?
No. Habjour is a motivation tool for self-organisation and not a replacement for medical or therapeutic treatment.
The Story Behind Habjour
Hi, I'm Marcel.
I'm a software developer, a father, and the person behind Habjour.
The idea for this app didn't come from a business plan. It came from a very personal experience. As the father of a neurodivergent child (ADHD / autism spectrum), I was looking for a way to support everyday routines. Things like self-care, taking medication, or simply managing small daily steps.
What I found were plenty of habit trackers. But most of them didn't feel right for our situation: too rigid, too performance-oriented, or simply not designed for lives where energy, focus, and daily capacity fluctuate significantly.
So I started building something myself.
Habjour was born from the desire to create a tool that supports rather than pressures. An app that understands that progress sometimes means simply managing one small step.
My goal is to build a tool that helps the neurodivergent community make their daily lives a little more stable and a little more friendly.
